When submitting a ticket, include:
  • Your name and business name
  • The issue you are experiencing
  • The page, workflow, contact, funnel, calendar, or feature involved
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
  • What you already tried
  • Any error messages you are seeing

Plans priced at $197/month or lower do not include ongoing phone, Zoom, or hands-on support after setup. These plans are designed to stay affordable by giving you access to the platform and self-help resources, while you manage your own account. Because of the lower price point, we cannot include ongoing man-hours, custom walkthroughs, or account management at this level. If you get stuck after using the AI bot, knowledge base, and tutorials, you can submit a ticket or book a paid support session.
