Watch Your Inbox

Your welcome email is landing any moment, followed by a flurry of emails from us with onboarding details, your agreement, and next steps. This is normal and a good sign, it means your build is underway. Keep an eye out and open them as they arrive.

Sign Your Agreement Digital

One of those emails contains your service agreement. Sign it digitally in a couple of clicks, no printing or scanning. We cannot start your build until it is signed, so please knock this out first.

Complete Your Onboarding

We have emailed you a link to your onboarding. We need to know a lot about your business to build this right, so please go through every step. It is okay if you do not have every detail on hand. Each step saves as you go, so you can stop and come back any time without losing your place.

Done-For-You means we do the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Building everything out properly takes a few weeks. Here is the honest, realistic picture of how it goes.

A Few Things To Know Up Front

  • Most of the work happens behind the scenes. You will not see daily activity, and that is completely normal.
  • A full build takes a few weeks. Doing it right beats doing it fast.
  • We do not do daily calls. You will get updates from us, and we will reach out whenever we need something from you.
  • You will have 2 Zoom or 1-on-1 calls with us during your first 30 days.
  • The most helpful thing you can do is be patient and let us build.

Your Account Goes Live

You can log into your account right away. Please do not change anything yet, no editing workflows, your website, settings, or anything else.

You signed up for Done-For-You so we handle all of it. Changes made while we are building can break things we have set up. Feel free to look around, but leave the building to us.
