Triumph Wealth Group Case Study · Built From Zero

From no website to 10 tools clients actually use.

Triumph Wealth Group had never had a website. In about 15 hours we built a 23-page site with 10 live financial calculators - not pages that just describe what Greg does, but tools a prospect can actually use before ever picking up the phone.

The Challenge

Triumph Wealth Group had no website.
None of this existed anywhere online.

A licensed independent agent, five licensed states, a full lineup of retirement and life insurance products - and none of it had a home online. Here is what that actually meant.

No online presence at all

Anyone searching the business name, or “financial advisor Columbus KS,” found nothing to click on.

No mobile experience

There was nothing to view on a phone, because there was no site at any size.

No way to show value before a call

A prospect wondering “am I covered enough” or “will my savings last” had no way to find out without picking up the phone first.

No way to start a conversation online

Every question required a phone call - no form, no after-hours path, no self-serve option.

Zero search visibility

No pages for Google to index means zero chance of ever being found by search.

Invisible to AI search

AI assistants had nothing to read - the practice could not be recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overviews.

The Audit

Before we built a page, we measured.

There was no old site to save a copy of - so the honest starting point is zero. Here is the scorecard: what did not exist, versus what does now.

Nowhere online
Licensed states (KS, MO, OK, TX, FL) and disclosures published

There is nothing to soften here: Triumph Wealth Group had zero pages, zero structured data and zero online presence before this project. Every “after” figure above was measured on the live site on 2026-09-04.

The Transformation drag the divider!

Drag the divider. The right side is live.

There is no old homepage to show you - Triumph Wealth Group did not have one. What is on the left is the honest starting point: nothing. What is on the right is the real site, live right now.

Built Beyond a Marketing Site

10 tools a prospect can actually run themselves.

These are not screenshots of a form. Every calculator below is live on the site right now, does real math in the browser, and hands back a real result - no login, no waiting on a call back.

The centerpiece

We actually ran one, start to finish

To prove these tools work and not just render, we filled out the Life Insurance Needs Calculator with sample numbers and let it run to a real result - the same three-step flow every visitor sees.

  • Ten fully interactive, client-side calculators - each one its own indexable page, not a single tool with tabs
  • Real math runs in the browser and returns an actual number, not a placeholder or a lead-gated teaser
  • Every calculator carries WebApplication schema, so search engines and AI assistants know it is a working tool
  • No login and no waiting on a call back - a prospect gets an answer before ever speaking to Greg
  • Covers the full range of a real conversation: life insurance, retirement income, long-term care, health costs and legacy planning
  • Each calculator page carries its own title, description and FAQ content, so it can rank on its own

All 10 calculators.

Mobile First

For most prospects, the first look
happens on a phone.

So the site was built for the phone first. Below is a same-day capture of the live site, scrolling through the real homepage at phone size.

The Scope

This wasn’t a redesign. There was nothing to redesign.

Here is what was actually delivered inside about 15 hours.

Complete 23-page website

Built from nothing - not a redesign of an old page, because there was no old page.

10 live financial calculators

Client-side tools that return a real, calculated result - covering life insurance, retirement, long-term care, health costs and legacy planning.

Custom mobile experience

Every page and every calculator built mobile-first from day one, since there was nothing to retrofit.

Technical SEO foundation

Titles, descriptions, canonicals, sitemap and robots directives on all 23 pages.

Licensing & disclosures published

Licensed states, guarantee language and policy-loan disclosures, in plain terms.

AI-readable answers

234 FAQ answers structured across 8 sampled pages so assistants can quote them directly.

Dedicated local page

A Columbus, KS insurance page built for the home market specifically.

Analytics & AI crawler policy

GA4 tracking plus a robots.txt naming 48 AI and search crawlers explicitly.

Built for the Actual Practice

One practice. Many reasons to reach out.

Instead of one generic page, the new site gives each product and audience its own place to sell itself. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.

Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own path to start a conversation.

The Math

What would a project like this
normally require?

Published small-business pricing puts a comparable freelance or boutique build at $1,500 to $12,000 up front, plus $92 to $417 a month in hosting, security and maintenance - and that is before ten custom calculators or every future edit is billed on top.

Common Questions

Questions a business owner would actually ask.

Written to be quoted by an AI assistant, not just to fill space - the answers below use this build’s real numbers wherever we can.

How long does a website build actually take?
For Triumph Wealth Group, about 15 hours from the first commit to a site ready to review. Most builds land between 24 and 48 hours depending on scope.
What's the difference between a template website and a custom-built one?
A template swaps in your name and colors over a layout thousands of other businesses use. This site was built around what Triumph Wealth Group actually does, including 10 calculators that do not exist in any template.
How do I get my business to show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity answers?
You give those systems something to read. This site publishes 234 structured FAQ answers and explicitly allows 48 named AI crawlers in its robots.txt, so assistants have real content to pull from.
What is AI search, and why does my website need to be ready for it?
More people are asking AI assistants questions instead of typing them into Google. If your site has no structured content for those assistants to read, you cannot be recommended, no matter how good your business is.
What is structured data (schema), and why does it matter for a small business?
It is a hidden layer of code that tells Google and AI assistants exactly what your business is and what it offers. This site declares 9 separate schema types, none of which existed anywhere before.
How is mobile-friendly actually measured, and why does it matter?
It means the site was designed for a phone screen first, not shrunk down from a desktop layout. Every page and every calculator on this site was built mobile-first from day one.
What's actually included in a custom website build versus a template plan?
A custom build like this one includes real interactive tools (the 10 calculators here), a full technical SEO foundation, and content written specifically for the business, not placeholder text.
What should a small business expect to pay monthly for a website?
Published pricing guides put comparable hosting, security and maintenance at $92 to $417 a month before any edits are billed. This build is $77 a month with unlimited edits included.
How much does a website like this cost to build?
For Triumph Wealth Group, $0 up front. Comparable freelance or boutique builds run $1,500 to $12,000 up front according to published small-business pricing guides. Pricing depends on scope.
What makes a website readable by Google instead of just good-looking?
Clean code, one heading per page, descriptive image labels, and structured data that spells out what the page is about. All 74 images on this site carry alt text, and every sampled page carries a single, clear heading.
Do I need an FAQ page for SEO to work?
It helps a lot. This site's FAQ page alone carries 76 structured questions and answers, giving search engines and AI assistants specific, quotable content instead of a single page of general copy.
Do I need to provide content, photos, or copy before you can start?
No. This entire 23-page site, including 10 working calculators, was built without a prior website, prior photos, or prior copy to draw from.
I don't have a website at all. Where do I even start?
Exactly where Triumph Wealth Group started: nothing. Text us and tell us that. There is no requirement to already have a site, a logo, or existing content.
Can a website actually generate leads for a financial advisor, not just look nice?
A page that only describes services rarely does. This site gives a prospect 10 real tools to run, so they already have an answer, and a reason to call, before ever picking up the phone.
Are the calculators on the site giving real financial advice?
No. Each calculator gives an educational estimate based on the numbers a visitor enters, the same kind of starting-point math a first conversation would cover. The site's disclosures page states plainly that these tools are educational, not a substitute for a licensed recommendation.
How fast should my website load, and why does speed affect rankings?
Google's own guidance targets a fast paint time even on a throttled connection. Pages on this site run from 44 KB to 147 KB of code, kept lean even with 10 working calculators attached.
