Case Study · Website Transformation
A complete website rebuild for Trinity Tax Services in Newnan, Georgia. The old site is real and still live - we rebuilt the whole experience around the same 23 years in practice, without inventing a new firm to sell.
Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the firm and the clients looking for it.
The old GetNetSet template rendered its entire 25-link menu twice, in plain unstyled text, before a visitor ever reached the first sentence of real content.
That same 50-link wall of text loaded ahead of the page content on every screen size, phone included - the first thing any visitor met was a menu, not the firm.
No working phone link anywhere on the homepage - the number displayed as plain text - and one generic contact form handled every kind of inquiry.
Thirteen services and eleven tax-resolution topics, every paragraph identical stock template copy. Nothing named Trinity Tax, Newnan or Tammy.
Zero structured data on the pages we checked, and no meta description either - the hidden layer search engines read never said “accounting firm.”
A “Frequently Asked Questions” link sits in the nav, but the page behind it has no actual FAQ content - and no llms.txt AI-assistant summary file exists either.
We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.
Every row above was checked directly against the real, live old site and the live redesign, both reviewed the same week. Where the old site already had something right, the table says so.
The right side is Trinity Tax’s actual redesign, loaded live right now. The left side is a same-day, script-stripped capture of the real old site, served from our own files since the old site blocks being framed directly.
The homepage. Every page got the same treatment - tap any page below to compare it full screen.
Tap a page to open the full-screen comparison - real sites both sides, drag to reveal.
So the redesign was built for the phone first. The left screen is a same-day capture of the real old site, served from our own files since it blocks being framed directly. The right screen is the new site itself, loaded live at phone size.
On the new site, calling, emailing, getting directions and reaching the secure client portal are all one tap from any page.
Anyone can make a website look newer. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.
What most businesses have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just redesign what people see.
We rebuilt what Google and AI systems see too.
Every figure above was counted directly on the real, live old site and on the live redesign. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.
Here is what was actually delivered.
Every page designed around the real firm - not a template with new colors.
21 distinct schema types, from the business entity to opening hours.
16 real questions and answers, structured so assistants can quote them.
Full name, address and phone, plus 10 named cities and Coweta County as geo data.
A 9,137-byte llms.txt covering the firm, hours, service area and every service.
Direct IRS.gov links and official IRS videos replace a licensed third-party widget that could break any day.
Encrypted upload and download, with mobile apps, replacing a bare unexplained nav link.
Self-hosted fonts and scripts, no analytics beacon, no chat widget.
Instead of one page trying to be everything, the new site gives each part of the practice its own place to explain itself. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.
Each card above opens a real comparison - what the old site had for that page against what the new site actually delivers.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the domain to switch over.
Same 50-link menu before any content
No business type declared, zero schema
Phone listed but not clickable

Boilerplate paragraphs, no local specifics

21 schema types plus a 16-answer FAQ
Call and email one tap away
Secure encrypted client portal
Every service rewritten in plain English
Hand-written robots.txt, sitemap & llms.txt
