Case Study · Website Transformation
A complete digital transformation for TKT Insurance. We took the agency’s existing website and rebuilt the entire experience from the ground up - without changing what makes TKT trustworthy.
Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the agency and the people looking for it.
The site ran on a page-builder template shared with thousands of other agencies - nothing on the page said this was Tracey Twarog’s business specifically.
Important information and actions weren’t presented optimally for the phone, where most people looking for a Medicare agent land first.
A single phone number was the only fast way to reach the agency - no text option, and it wasn’t consistently placed as the obvious next step.
The sitemap carried 15 auto-generated city pages and 14 near-duplicate agent bio pages instead of one clear place to meet the team.
The hidden layer search engines read never said “insurance agency” - no business type, no service area, no structured hours.
The site’s own robots.txt told ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google’s AI crawler not to read it at all.
We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.
Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - canonicals and page titles - the table says so.
The left side is a same-day snapshot of TKT’s old website - the old site blocks embedding, so we preserved an exact copy rather than skip the comparison. The right side is the redesign, live right now. Judge the transformation yourself.
The homepage. Every page got the same treatment - tap any page below to compare it full screen.
Tap a page to open the full-screen comparison - live sites, video playing, drag to reveal.
So the redesign was built for the phone first. The left screen is a same-day capture of the old site at iPhone size. The right screen is the new site itself, loaded live at phone size.

On the new site, every action above is one tap from any page - a phone number that dials, and a consultation request that takes seconds to submit.
Anyone can make a website prettier. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.
What most businesses have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just redesign what people see.
We rebuilt what Google and AI systems see too.
Every figure above was counted on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.
Here is what was actually delivered inside the 24 hours.
All 24 pages designed around the TKT brand - not a template with new colors.
Layouts tuned separately for small screens, where first impressions are usually made.
Call and consultation-request paths positioned on every page.
14 near-duplicate agent profile URLs and 15 auto-generated city pages folded into clean, real pages.
The agency’s real client reviews, presented as cards with an honest 5.0 rating disclaimer.
Titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, sitemap and robots directives on every page.
Business type, address, hours and licensed-agent detail written in the format Google reads.
Hours, contact details and an 8-question FAQ structured so assistants can quote them.
Instead of treating TKT like a generic insurance funnel, the new site gives each service its own place to explain itself clearly. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.
Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own path to a free consultation.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.
