Tawasha Insurance Case Study · Built From Zero

From no website to a live site clients can actually book.

Tawasha Insurance didn’t have a website. Not an old one, not a dated one - none at all. Launch Automation built a complete site in 24 hours: every coverage option explained in plain language, real client reviews, and a scheduling calendar that shows real open times - not a form that disappears into an inbox.

The Starting Point

Elizabeth had licenses and real clients.
She just didn’t have a website.

This is not a redesign. There was no old site to redesign - this is a case study of a build from zero. Here is what that actually meant, day to day.

No web presence at all

tawashainsurance.com did not resolve to anything before this build. Referrals and word of mouth were the entire practice.

No online scheduling

Booking a consultation meant a call or a text and a back-and-forth to find a time that worked.

No coverage options published

A prospective client could not see what mortgage protection, term, whole life or final expense actually covered before reaching out.

Invisible to search & AI

Nothing declared Elizabeth as a licensed insurance agent in the hidden layer Google and AI assistants read - because nothing existed to declare it.

Reviews, nowhere to see them

Real client reviews existed - nowhere brought them together for a new family to see before calling.

Nothing built for a phone

No mobile experience, because there was no experience to make mobile.

What We Measured

There was no old site to compare against.
So the “before” column is just true.

Every row on the right was measured on the live site. Every row on the left is simply what did not exist yet.

Area
Before
Now, live
A website at all
Nothing existed at any address
Live site plus a linked FAQ, links and legal pages
Tells Google it’s an insurance agency
No business declared - no site existed
InsuranceAgency & Person schema - license number, service states, contact data
Scheduling a consultation
Call, text, and wait for a reply
Live scheduling calendar embedded on the page - real open times, not a form
Coverage options published
Nowhere to see what a policy actually covers
4 coverage types, each one tap from a full plain-language explanation
Client reviews, in one place
Scattered, if visible at all
3 real client reviews featured together, every one 5 stars
Answers AI can quote
Nothing for an assistant to read
25 structured FAQ answers across 5 topics
AI & search crawler policy
No robots.txt, no sitemap
robots.txt naming every major AI crawler by name, a sitemap, and a live llms.txt

There is no archived old site because there was no old site. Every “Now, live” figure above was measured directly from the live site on 2026-09-01; methodology available on request.

The Build drag the divider!

There was nothing to put on the left.
So we said so - drag to see what replaced it.

The right side is the real, live site, playing right now. Nothing on the left is a screenshot of an old website, because none existed.

No Website ExistedTawasha Insurance had no website before this build. Referrals and word of mouth were the entire digital presence.

Mobile First

For most clients, the first look
happens on a phone.

So the site was built for the phone first. The left screen shows what a phone found before this build - nothing. The right screen is a same-day capture of the live site at phone size, scrolling through the real page.

The Scope

Here is what was actually delivered.

A full website, built around one agent and four real coverage types - not a template with new colors.

Complete site build

A live homepage plus FAQ, links and legal pages, designed around Elizabeth’s own practice.

Live scheduling, embedded

A real calendar with open times, wired into the page - book a call without leaving the site.

Coverage explained plainly

Mortgage Protection, Term, Whole Life and Final Expense, each with its own plain-language detail.

Client reviews, surfaced

3 real reviews brought together in one place, instead of scattered or unseen.

Structured agency data

InsuranceAgency & Person schema - license number, service states, contact data, written for machines.

25-question FAQ, AI-readable

Structured across 5 topics so assistants can quote it directly.

Technical SEO foundation

Titles, descriptions, canonicals, a sitemap and robots directives, live from day one.

AI-readable page mirrors

Every page has its own plain-markdown twin, plus a live llms.txt, so assistants can read it directly.

Built for the Actual Business

One agent. Every way to reach her.

Instead of one generic homepage, the site gives each part of the practice its own place to work. Tap any of them to open the real, live page.

How It Works

Starting from zero, or replacing something old? Three steps.

1

Tell us about your business

No existing site required. Tell us what you do and who you serve - that’s the whole assignment.

2

We design and build everything

The site, the structured data, and the booking flow, built around what you actually do.

3

Review privately, then go live

You see everything at a private link before anything goes live to the public.

What could we build for your business?
