Stateside Insurance Group didn’t have a website. Not an old one, not a dated one - none at all. Launch Automation built independent broker Derek Ranes a live site from scratch with 9 separate interactive application widgets, one for every coverage type, real-time booking, and a live Google review feed - all wired straight into GoHighLevel with automations.
Visit the live siteThis wasn’t a redesign. There was nothing to redesign - the domain didn’t resolve to anything. Here is what that actually meant, day to day.
Referrals and Google Business carried the practice - there was no site to send a prospect to.
Term life, whole life, IUL, annuities, FIA, final expense, mortgage protection, ACA health and Medicare - nowhere for a prospect to see them explained side by side.
Starting an application for a specific policy meant a phone call first - there was no self-serve path.
Nothing declared Derek as a licensed insurance broker in the hidden layer Google and AI assistants read - because nothing existed to declare it.
Booking a free consultation meant already having Derek’s number - there was no scheduling page.
No mobile experience, because there was no experience to make mobile.
Every row on the right was measured on the live production site. Every row on the left is simply what did not exist yet.
There is no archived old site because there was no old site. Every “Now, live” figure above was measured directly against the live production site on 2026-09-01. In the interest of full accuracy: robots.txt and llms.txt are live but currently empty, and the sitemap still lists 9 legacy per-product URLs from before those sections were folded into the homepage - both are quick, minor housekeeping items, not things that affect the site today.
The right side is the real, live production site, playing right now. Nothing on the left is a screenshot of an old website, because none existed.
The homepage. Tap any page below to open it live, full screen.

Most sites get one generic contact form. This one got nine - a dedicated, live application widget for every coverage type, each sitting directly under its own plain-English explainer. Tap any product below to open its real, live application widget.
it's real, try it The Term Life application widget, embedded exactly as it runs on the live site. Tap a card below to swap it for any of the other 8.
Beyond the nine widgets above: a general application form, a real-time booking calendar, a recruiting form on the Become an Agent page, and a live Google review feed pulled straight from the business’s own profile. Every one of them writes into GoHighLevel, where automations take it from there.
So the site was built for the phone first. The left screen shows what a phone found before this build - nothing. The right screen is a same-day capture of the live production site, panning end to end at phone size the way a visitor actually scrolls it.

The right phone above is a same-day capture of the real, live site at iPhone size, panning through the page the way a visitor actually scrolls it. On the live site itself, the mobile page genuinely scrolls end to end - it is not a shrunk desktop layout - and a sticky bottom bar keeps Call and Start My Application one tap away no matter how far down the page you are.
Anyone can see a nice website. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where a site built from zero either gets built right the first time, or doesn’t get built at all.
What most new practices start with - nothing
What we give every client
Building a site from zero means the layer underneath either gets built right the first time,
or it never gets built at all.
Every figure above was measured on the live production site on 2026-09-01. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. Two small housekeeping items are worth a mention for accuracy: robots.txt and llms.txt are present but currently empty, and the sitemap still lists 9 legacy per-product URLs - quick fixes, neither affecting the site as it runs today.
Here is what was actually delivered - not a template with new colors.
A live, production website designed around the Stateside brand - built from a blank domain.
One dedicated, interactive widget per coverage type - not a single generic form.
A live scheduling widget lets a prospect book a free consultation without a phone call.
Real Google reviews, pulled straight from the business profile - never edited.
Every widget, form and booking writes into GoHighLevel, where follow-up runs on its own.
InsuranceAgency, Person and 9 Service records written in the format Google reads.
50 structured FAQ answers across 10 topic tabs, so assistants can quote them.
A genuinely scrollable phone experience with a sticky call-and-apply bar.
Instead of one generic homepage, the site gives each coverage type its own way to apply. Tap any of them to open the real, live page or widget.
Each card above opens a real, live page or a real, live application widget - full screen.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is built, verified and running today.
