Reel Stubborn Fishing Charters Case Study · Built From Zero

From no website to a complete digital dock.

Reel Stubborn Fishing Charters didn’t have a website. Not an old one, not a dated one - none at all. Launch Automation built a 4-page site: every trip rate published, verified reviews from real anglers, and a live path to book, brought together in one place.

The Starting Point

Captain Lacy had 36 years on the water.
He just didn’t have a website.

This wasn’t a redesign. There was nothing to redesign. Here is what that actually meant, day to day.

No web presence at all

Word of mouth and a FishingBooker listing carried the boat - the business had no website at any address.

No published trip rates

A guest couldn’t see a single trip price before picking up the phone.

Trip reports scattered, not shown

Verified reviews existed on FishingBooker - nowhere brought the actual trip reports together for a new guest to read.

Invisible to search & AI

Nothing declared Reel Stubborn as a fishing charter in the hidden layer Google and AI assistants read - because nothing existed to declare it.

No self-serve answers

Where the boat leaves from, what to bring, how fast the captain replies - all of it meant a phone call.

Nothing built for a phone

No mobile experience, because there was no experience to make mobile.

What We Measured

There was no old site to compare against.
So the “before” column is just true.

Every row on the right was measured on the live site. Every row on the left is simply what did not exist yet.

The Build drag the divider!

There was nothing to put on the left.
So we said so - drag to see what replaced it.

The right side is the real, live site, playing right now. Nothing on the left is a screenshot of an old website, because none existed.

No Website ExistedReel Stubborn Fishing Charters had no website before this build. Word of mouth and a FishingBooker listing were the entire digital presence.

Real, In Motion

There was no video before either. Now two real charter clips play on the live site.

Not stock ocean footage - this is Reel Stubborn’s own water, shot for the home, rates and fishing-report pages, each with a mobile-optimized encode.

Open Water The home & rates background - real water off Pompano Beach.
Sunset Run The fishing-reports background - the same boat, golden hour.

“He never gives up, tries various techniques and presentations to catch fish and stays in contact with other vessels out in the ocean.”

How It Works

Starting from zero, or replacing something old? Three steps.

1

Tell us about your business

No existing site required. Tell us what you do and who you serve - that’s the whole assignment.

2

We design and build everything

The site, the structured data, and the booking pathway, built around what you actually do.

3

Review privately, then go live

You see everything at a private link before anything goes live to the public.

What could we build for your business?
