The Challenge

Never Wash Again had real reviews,
real prices, real service. The site didn’t say so.

Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the business and the customers looking for it.

Generic template look

A free-plan Wix template with placeholder layout choices, not a design built around this business.

Prices hidden on 7 of 8 pages

Only the Laundry Services page showed a real price. Deep Cleaning, Standard Cleaning, Move In/Out and the rest asked visitors to inquire first.

Zero structured business data

The hidden layer search engines read declared nothing but a generic website - no business type, no services, no address, no FAQ.

Not built for AI search

0 structured questions and answers anywhere on the site, so an assistant asked about pricing or services had nothing to quote.

A sitemap that 404s

The site’s own robots.txt points crawlers to a sitemap.xml that doesn’t exist.

Unedited template copy, still live

The Laundry Services page still carries the Wix placeholder text: “This is the space to introduce visitors to the business or brand.”

The Audit

Before we touched a pixel, we measured.

We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new, across the 8 matching pages on both sites.

No about/trust page - the URL 404s

Total code weight, 8 matched pages
8.28 MB of HTML
389 KB - about 21× lighter
Click-to-call present in every page’s code
Missing on the homepage & Commercial Cleaning (6 of 8)
Present on all 8 pages
Page titles, descriptions & canonical URLs
Present on every page - credit where due
Rewritten for every page
Self-serve online booking
A real date/time booking widget - on the Laundry page only
Structured consultation-request form on every service page

Every row above was checked on saved or live copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - page titles, descriptions and a real booking widget on the laundry page - the table says so. Neither site publishes review schema or structured opening hours (the client asked that hours be left out for now), so neither is counted as a win here.

Mobile First

For most customers, the first look
happens on a phone.

So the redesign was built for the phone first. The left screen is a same-day capture of the old site at iPhone size. The right screen is the new site itself, loaded live at phone size.

The Scope

This wasn’t a new coat of paint.

Here is what was actually delivered inside the 6 hours.

Complete redesign

All 8 core pages designed around the business - not a template with new colors.

Custom mobile experience

Layouts tuned separately for small screens, where first impressions are usually made.

Pricing brought forward

Real starting prices stated on 7 of 8 pages, instead of 1 of 8.

Structured lead capture

A consultation-request form asking for exactly what’s needed, on every service page.

Trust signals, published

BBB rating claim, founding year, ownership and SAM.gov status, all stated up front.

Technical SEO foundation

Titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, a working sitemap and robots directives on every page.

Local search structure

Business type, address, founding date and service catalog written in the format Google reads.

AI-readable answers

36 structured questions and answers so assistants can quote pricing and process correctly.

Built for the Actual Business

One business. Multiple reasons to call.

Instead of treating Never Wash Again like a generic cleaning company, the new site gives each service its own place to state what it costs and how to get it. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.

Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own path to a quote.

Ready for launch.

No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.

The Math

What would a project like this
normally require?

Published industry pricing puts a service-business website build like this at $4,000 to $15,000, on published timelines of 4 to 8 weeks - and that’s before hosting and every future edit are billed on top.
