Case Study · Website Transformation
A complete digital transformation for Judah Pride The Academy of Boxing. We took the gym’s existing website and rebuilt the entire experience from the ground up - without changing what makes Judah Pride, Judah Pride.
Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site top to bottom. Six things stood between the gym and the people looking for it.
A generic website-builder layout didn’t reflect the energy of a real boxing gym - the same template thousands of other small businesses use.
The same builder layout loads on a phone as on a desktop, with nothing designed specifically for the smaller screen.
Calling was the only one-tap action on the page - no map link, and no direct path to a specific program.
Six real programs, from a 4-year-old’s first class to adult sparring, were all folded into one long scrolling paragraph.
The hidden layer search engines read declared a generic “local business” - never specifically a boxing gym or sports facility.
The site’s own AI-readable file listed hours and nothing else - no programs, no founder, no service area for an assistant to work with.
We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.
Judah Pride’s old site is a single scrolling page - it has no separate web address for programs, the gym, the schedule or contact. Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - a declared business, hours in schema, even an AI-facing llms.txt file - the table says so.
The left side is a saved copy of Judah Pride’s old homepage, captured the same day as this audit - the old site’s own security settings block it from being framed live, so this is an exact static copy, not a screenshot. The right side is the redesign, playing its video right now. Judge the transformation yourself.
The homepage. Every page below gets the same treatment - tap any page to compare it full screen.
Tap a page to open the full-screen comparison - the old site’s saved copy against the new site, live, drag to reveal.
So the redesign was built for the phone first. The left screen is the same saved copy of the old site, shown at iPhone size - the old site blocks live framing, so this is the archived page, not a live trick. The right screen is the new site itself, loaded live at phone size - video playing.
On the new site, calling and getting directions are one tap from any page - a phone number that dials and an address that opens straight into Google Maps.
Anyone can make a website prettier. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.
What most businesses have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just redesign what people see.
We rebuilt what Google and AI systems see too.
Every figure above was counted on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.
Here is what was actually delivered inside the 24 hours.
All 6 pages designed around the gym - not a builder template with new colors.
Layouts tuned separately for small screens, where a first impression usually happens.
Call and get-directions links positioned on every page, one tap each.
The gym’s own ring, equipment and coaching, shown instead of stock photos.
Autoplay video on 5 of 6 pages - motion where the old site had none.
Titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, sitemap and robots directives on every page.
Boxing gym & sports facility type, address, hours and founder written in the format Google reads.
Programs, hours and a 13-question FAQ structured so assistants can quote them.
Instead of folding every program into one paragraph, the new site gives each one real content on a real page. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.
Each card above opens the real program’s home page on the new site, compared live against the old site’s saved copy.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.
