JF Luxe Transportation Case Study · Built From Zero

From no website to a booking engine that never sleeps.

JF Luxe didn’t have a website. Not an old one, not a dated one - none at all. Launch Automation built a live site for this New York black car service, wired straight into automated lead routing, so a request at 3 a.m. gets captured and answered exactly like one at 3 p.m.

The Starting Point

JF Luxe had a fleet and a phone number.
It just didn’t have a website.

This wasn’t a redesign. There was nothing to redesign. Here is what that actually meant, day to day.

No web presence at all

Referrals, Instagram and word of mouth carried the business - the domain jfluxe.com led nowhere.

No structured way to request a ride

Every trip meant a call, a text or a DM - and hoping someone answered before the date filled up.

No published fleet or services

A caller couldn’t see a vehicle, a service list or a coverage area before picking up the phone.

Invisible to search & AI

Nothing declared JF Luxe as a transportation company in the hidden layer Google and AI assistants read - because nothing existed to declare it.

No automatic follow-up

A missed call at 2 a.m. - a real hour for this business - was a missed booking, with nothing chasing it down.

Nothing built for a phone

No mobile experience, because there was no experience to make mobile.

What We Measured

There was no old site to compare against.
So the “before” column is just true.

Every row on the right was measured on the live site. Every row on the left is simply what did not exist yet.

The Build drag the divider!

There was nothing to put on the left.
So we said so - drag to see what replaced it.

The right side is the real, live site, playing right now. Nothing on the left is a screenshot of an old website, because none existed.

No Website Existedjfluxe.com didn’t resolve to anything before this build. Referrals and social media were the entire digital presence.

The Automation

A website wasn’t the only thing missing.

Alongside the site, Launch Automation wired the Request a Ride form straight into a working CRM pipeline. Every submission is spam-checked, tagged, filed into a dedicated pipeline and answered with an automatic confirmation - while the actual quote still comes from a person, the way JF Luxe wanted it.

it’s live  That’s the real quote form, running right now - not a mockup.

12 Fields, One Submission The Request a Ride quote form, live Occasion, date, pickup, drop-off, passengers, vehicle, flight number and more - captured in one pass, spam-checked by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Filed Into a Pipeline A JF Luxe fleet vehicle Every request lands in a dedicated Ride Requests pipeline - not the CRM’s generic default.
Instant Internal Alert JF Luxe homepage hero The team is notified automatically when a request comes in - no daily inbox check required.
A Human Still Quotes It JF Luxe white-glove standard The automation handles the busywork. The price still comes from a person, on purpose - that was the client’s call, not a limitation.
Mobile First

Most requests come in
from the back of a cab, not a desk.

So the site was built for the phone first. The left screen shows what a phone found before this build - nothing. The right screen is the live site itself, loaded at phone size.

The Scope

A site and a lead system, not one or the other.

Here is what was actually delivered - a live website and the automation behind its one conversion point.

Complete site build

A single-page site plus a dedicated quote page, designed around the JF Luxe brand - not a template with new colors.

Automated lead pipeline

A dedicated CRM pipeline wired to the quote form - tagging, internal alerts and guest confirmation, all automatic.

Structured quote intake

A 12-field, 4-step form capturing occasion, route, vehicle and contact details in one pass.

Conversion architecture

Call, text and request-a-ride, one tap from every page, on desktop and mobile.

Technical SEO foundation

Titles, descriptions, canonicals, sitemap and robots directives across the site.

Local search structure

Business type, service area and hours written in the format Google reads.

AI-readable answers

A 7-question FAQ and a full llms.txt manifest, structured so assistants can quote them.

AI-search readiness

An explicit, 48-crawler AI & search policy - most sites never write one at all.

Built for the Actual Business

One fleet. Every occasion it actually serves.

Instead of one generic homepage, each service line gets its own place to be found. Tap any of them to open the real, live section.

Each card above opens the real, live site to that service, in a new tab.

The Math

What would a project like this
normally cost?

Published industry pricing puts a custom local-service-business website at $3,000 to $10,000, plus $1,100 to $5,000 a year in hosting and maintenance - and that is before any CRM automation is wired in, which is typically quoted and billed separately.

The traditional route

Often two vendors, billed separately

Website design & development

SEO setup

A separate CRM automation build

Hosting

Maintenance

Launch Automation

One relationship, both pieces

A complete live website

Automated lead routing, wired in

Hosting & SSL included

Unlimited edits - you text it, we ship it

Search & AI setup, kept current

Real human support by text

$0One-time build fee
$297Per month - hosting, edits & automation included
UnlimitedEdits after launch - no extra invoices

This build paired a live website with the CRM automation behind its one conversion point - two pieces most agencies would price, and deliver, separately.

How It Works

Starting from zero, or replacing something old? Three steps.

1

Tell us about your business

No existing site required. Tell us what you do and who you serve - that’s the whole assignment.

2

We design and build everything

The site, the structured data, and - when it fits the business - the automation behind it, built around what you actually do.

3

Review privately, then go live

You see everything at a private link before anything goes live to the public.

What could we build for your business?

Starting from nothing, or replacing something old - tell us what you need.
