CreditForwardRepair Case Study · Website Redesign & Rebrand

From Perksis to CreditForwardRepair.

A complete rebuild for a credit repair company that was mid-rebrand. We took the old Perksis LLC site - no page title, no structured data, still carrying the old name and email - and rebuilt it as 8 dedicated pages under the new CreditForwardRepair brand, without changing the phone number or address clients already knew.

The Challenge

CreditForwardRepair had already
moved on from Perksis. The website hadn’t.

Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. Six things stood between the rebrand and the visitors looking for help.

Old branding still live

The company name and support email still read Perksis LLC and support@perksis.com - the identity the business had already moved away from.

Dated, generic visual identity

“Helping YOU Live YOUR Best Life” is the homepage headline - nothing about credit, nothing about what the business actually does.

Leftover placeholder content

The “How It Works” menu opened a page about operating systems, web browsers and printer drivers - unrelated stock template content, never replaced.

Navigation that goes nowhere

Partners and Contact Us both link to the exact same page. Neither goes anywhere distinct.

One page for every visitor

Vehicle buyers, homebuyers, business owners and people with a report error all landed on the same single page, with no dedicated path for any of them.

Nothing for search engines or AI

No page title, no meta description, no structured data of any kind - search engines and AI assistants had nothing to read about the business.

The Audit

Before we touched a pixel, we measured.

We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new, measured on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day.

Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - protecting its own support email from bots - the table says so.

Every page, before and after.

Tap a page to open the full-screen comparison - live sites, drag to reveal. The old Perksis site was a single page, so most of these pages are brand new: the old site never had a dedicated URL to compare them against, and we say so plainly instead of faking a before.

Mobile First

For most visitors, the first look
happens on a phone.

So the redesign was built for the phone first. Both screens below are the real, live sites, loaded live at phone size - not a shrunk desktop screenshot.

On the new site, every action above is one tap from any page, including a real loan-rate comparison calculator built into the homepage - not a static image of one.

The Scope

This wasn’t a new coat of paint.

Here is what was actually delivered.

Complete rebrand

Every trace of the old Perksis LLC name replaced with CreditForwardRepair, including the support email address.

8 dedicated pages

One page for each real visitor goal - vehicle, mortgage, business funding and general credit repair - not one page trying to cover everything.

Compliance-first copy

Plain language about what credit repair can and cannot do, reviewed against FTC and CFPB guidance.

Goal-based intake form

A short form that asks what the visitor is working toward - vehicle, home or business - before anything else.

Interactive rate calculator

A real, working loan-payment comparison tool on the homepage, not a static image of one - try it on the live site.

33-question FAQ hub

Searchable, organized by topic, sourced to the FTC and CFPB.

Full technical SEO

Page titles, meta descriptions, canonical URLs and structured data on every page.

Sister-brand integration

Honest, visible links to CreditForward.org (free community) and GoForwardFunding (business funding), explained rather than hidden.

One Company, Every Goal

Four real reasons people show up here.

Each card below opens a real, live page on the new site - the same one a visitor would land on.

Each card opens the same live before/after comparison used above - the modal simply shows the page you picked.

Launch Readiness

Ready for launch.

No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.

The Math

What would a project like this
normally require?

Published industry pricing puts a professional small-business website redesign like this at $15,000 to $50,000, on timelines longer than a 30-day rapid option - and that’s before hosting and every future edit are billed on top.

Most builds either have a low or no build fee and a lower monthly fee - final pricing is confirmed with the business owner before anything is billed.

How It Works

Want this for your business? Three steps.

1

Send us your website

Design, compliance-reviewed copy, and the full search and AI setup - typically inside 48 hours.

3

See it live, then switch

You review your new site at a private link - exactly like this page - before it ever replaces your current one.

Questions People Ask

Direct answers, before you ask.

The same plain-language standard this redesign holds itself to.

How long does a website redesign actually take?

For CreditForwardRepair, 48 hours from the link to a live private preview. See the build stats at the top of this page.

What's the difference between a template website and a custom-built one?

A template starts from someone else’s layout and copy with your logo dropped in. A custom build starts from your business, your goals and your visitors, then gets its own design, structure and content - like the 8 goal-specific pages built here.

Will redesigning my website hurt my current Google rankings?

Not when it is done correctly. The redesign keeps the same domain, adds real page titles, meta descriptions and structured data the old site never had, and launches on a private preview first so nothing changes until the business is ready.

What happens to my existing content when I redesign?

Useful content carries forward and gets rewritten to be clearer and more accurate. In this case, that also meant retiring the old Perksis LLC branding and the old support@perksis.com email everywhere it still appeared.

What is structured data (schema), and why does it matter for a small business?

It is a hidden layer of code that tells Google, Bing and AI assistants what your business actually is, in a format they can parse. CreditForwardRepair’s old site had none. The new site carries Organization, WebSite, Service and FAQPage data on every page.

How do I get my business to show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity answers?

AI assistants pull from clearly structured, plainly answered content. A 33-question FAQ hub sourced to the FTC and CFPB, like the one built here, gives them something concrete to quote.

How is "mobile-friendly" actually measured, and why does it matter?

It means the real layout, not a shrunk desktop page, works on a phone: readable text, tappable buttons, and a working layout at real phone widths. Most visitors to a credit repair site are on a phone.

What's actually included in a custom build versus a template plan?

This build included 8 dedicated pages, a goal-based intake form, an interactive loan-rate calculator, a 33-question FAQ hub, full technical SEO and a complete rebrand - see the full scope above.

Do I need a blog or FAQ page for SEO to work?

A well-built FAQ page helps a lot, especially for AI answer engines. The old Perksis site had a Help menu but no real FAQ content in a quotable form. The new site’s FAQ hub has 33 sourced questions and answers.

How fast should my website load, and why does speed affect rankings?

Faster pages help both visitors and crawlers. The old homepage carried 581 KB of HTML; the rebuilt homepage carries about 60 KB, roughly 10 times lighter.

Do I need to provide content, photos, or copy before you can start?

No. Send the link to your current site and the rebuild starts from what already exists, rewritten and restructured - the same approach used here.

How is this redesign different from what CreditForwardRepair already had?

The old site had no page title, no meta description and no structured data of any kind, was still branded Perksis LLC, and used one page to cover every visitor goal. The new site has 8 dedicated pages, full technical SEO, and the CreditForwardRepair brand throughout.

Does dropping an old business name cause problems with search engines?

Handled correctly, no. The domain stays the same, the old name is retired consistently across every page, title, email address and piece of copy, and search engines re-index the updated content over time. What causes problems is doing it inconsistently, which is why every trace of the old name was checked here.

What should a small business expect to pay monthly for a website?

It varies by scope. See the cost comparison above for what a project like this typically costs built the traditional way versus through Launch Automation.
