CreditForward.org didn’t have a website. Launch Automation built something far bigger than one: a free calculator that shows a declined or over-paying vehicle buyer exactly what a lender sees, in under a minute, a gated membership with 18 courses, 19 money and credit tools, a moderated community and a live meeting room, and a 9-tab owner’s back office wired to its own database. This is a credit-repair and funding-readiness platform built to run itself between conversations.
This wasn’t a redesign. There was nothing to redesign. Talking to someone who just got declined for a vehicle loan takes more than a brochure - it takes a way to show them the real number, prove the math, and manage the relationship afterward. Here is what that meant with nothing built yet.
There was no domain to send a declined or over-paying borrower to - nothing to run a paid or organic campaign against.
A declined-loan pitch depends on a visitor seeing their own number - the loan amount, the APR tier, and what that tier actually costs in interest. There was no calculator to produce any of it.
Auto financing and credit repair take longer than one visit. Without a membership system, every lead had to be tracked and followed up with by hand, or lost.
No record of who ran the calculator, who joined, what they clicked, or who needed a follow-up call - because nothing existed to record it in.
No single place to see new leads, book credit-strategy calls, message members, or run the business day to day.
Nothing declared CreditForward, what it offers, or how the calculator works in the hidden layer Google and AI assistants read - because nothing existed to declare it.
Everything below runs off the same database, behind the same login. This is why a build like this is scoped differently from a normal website - it’s closer to standing up a small SaaS product than publishing a page.
A free calculator on the homepage that turns “why did I get declined” into a real number - loan amount, APR tier, and the interest gap - and a captured lead, in under a minute.
Every visitor who joins gets an account: a dashboard, 18 courses, 19 money tools, and badges and levels, gated behind login.
A moderated discussion board plus a scheduled live video session that plays inside the membership itself - no separate app required.
A CRM built into the same login: every lead, every member, every call request, courses and badges, and a broadcast tool to message everyone at once.
A visitor picks their situation - declined for a vehicle loan, or approved but the payment hurts - gives an estimated credit range and a vehicle price from $8,000 to $60,000, and the calculator shows exactly what a lender is looking at: the loan amount, the estimated APR tier, and how much more that tier costs in interest. Join, and it becomes a member account and a lead in the back office at the same moment.
this is live, right nowThis is the entire lead magnet: no phone call, no form fatigue - a visitor sees their own number before they’re ever asked for an email.
Once a visitor joins, they’re not done - they’re a member. These are the platform’s own real screens, the same illustrated walkthrough built into the back office to train the owner on his own system.
The free calculator is the front door, not the whole house. Here is everything behind it, and what each piece is for.
Pick declined or approved-but-struggling, an estimated credit range in one of four bands, and a vehicle price from $8,000 to $60,000. The result is not a brochure: the loan amount, the estimated APR tier, and exactly how much more that tier costs in interest than a 720+ borrower on the same vehicle. They can lock it in by joining free, save the plan to their own link, or text it to someone else.

The same vehicle costs a subprime borrower thousands more in interest than a 720+ borrower. The calculator puts that gap in writing before the first conversation ever happens.
Personal credit repair and business credit and funding, each course ending in a quiz and a certificate. Written in plain language, sized for a phone screen.
Credit tools (utilization, dispute timeline, report audit, authorized-user impact), loan tools (auto-approval odds, max affordable payment, APR comparison, trade-in equity, refinance breakeven, cosigner impact, repo recovery) and business-funding tools (readiness, funding matcher, EIN checklist, time-in-business, revenue-to-funding fit). Values save to the account.
Starter, Rebuilder, Approved, Funded, Founder - driven by points, with a member leaderboard that excludes staff so it stays honest.
Somewhere to ask the question they would never put on social media, with staff answering in public and earning trust in front of everyone else reading.
A direct line to the owner that is not a public post and not an email thread that gets buried - threaded per member and visible in the back office.
The calculator result, the tools they filled in and the courses they passed all hang off one free account, so coming back does not mean starting over.
Phrased the way people actually ask Google and assistants - “will applying hurt my credit score” - and marked up so those assistants can quote the answer directly.

This is the piece a typical lead-generation site never has: a public place to build trust before the first phone call, and a live room to meet face to face without a separate app.
Search, New and Top sorting, likes on posts and replies, a pinned announcement slot, and staff replies that carry a title chip. It ships with 20 demo members so the community never looks empty on day one - a single button in the back office clears them before real members arrive.

Every post and every reply, sorted the way a member wants to browse it - Search, New or Top - not just a flat feed.
The owner’s own pinned post sits at the top of the board; any reply, from a member or from staff, can be marked the best answer.
A session runs 15 minutes to 8 hours, opens itself automatically ten minutes before the start time, and stays open 30 minutes past the scheduled end - so a late start is never a problem.
A direct line to the owner that isn’t a public post and isn’t an email that gets lost - threaded per member and visible from the back office.

What a website redesign never includes: the screens the business works out of every day, and what each one is for.
Six counters across the top - members, new this week, calls to book, unread messages, active this week, courses passed - over a 30-day chart of signups and member actions. Under it sits a “needs you” list: calls waiting for a time, unread messages, new leads, and members nobody has written to yet. It answers who is waiting on me, not just how many signed up.

The full list with status, call state and level, filterable and searchable - plus a member card holding their plan, their activity and private notes.
Someone who should help but not control everything joins free, then gets promoted to Agent from their member card, title and all - no shared passwords.
Message the whole membership, a segment, or one person from their card - without exporting a list into a separate email tool first.
Every free 20-minute credit-strategy call request, ready to confirm with a time and a link, so booking is a reply rather than a game of phone tag.
Pin, hide or delete any post from one screen, and post a pinned announcement to the whole community as the owner - so the public half of the membership stays worth being judged on.
Conversations the site had while nobody was watching land here as leads, with the visitor’s stated goal and calculator result attached.
See which lessons get started and finished and which badges are actually being earned - so the content earns its place instead of sitting there.
The build ships with 20 seeded members so nothing looks empty on day one, and a single button clears them when the real members arrive.

This is the part a typical website never has - a real CRM, wired to the same database as the member portal and the calculator, so nothing gets tracked twice. Screens below are from the platform's own built-in walkthrough.
Ten screens across nine tabs, one login - Overview, Members (with a drill-down member card), Calls, Community, Courses and badges, Chat leads, Broadcast, Meeting room and Settings. This is the part of the build that makes it a business, not a brochure.
Every row on the right was measured directly against the live build with real tooling - Lighthouse and axe-core - on September 9, 2026. Every row on the left is simply what did not exist yet.
There is no archived old site because there was no old site. Every “Now, live” figure above was measured directly against the build’s own source, running locally, on September 9, 2026 - Lighthouse (mobile) on the home, join and start pages, and an axe-core accessibility sweep across every public and member page at eight screen widths.
Here is what was actually delivered - not a template with new colors.
Every part of CreditForward.org reads and writes to the same Cloudflare D1 database - the calculator, the member portal, the community board, the meeting room and the back office all share one source of truth:
Situation, credit range and vehicle price, ending in the loan amount, the APR tier, and the interest-gap math.
Personal credit repair and business credit and funding, two tracks, each course with a quiz and a certificate.
A discussion board with search, sorting and pinned posts, plus a scheduled video session that opens itself.
5 levels from Starter to Founder, 19 badges, and a public leaderboard that leaves staff out.
9 tabs covering every lead, every member, every call and every post - built for one person to run.
A real database behind the site, not a contact form emailing a spreadsheet.
Organization and FAQPage structured data, 43 real questions, verified on the live source.
Declined, high-payment, work-truck, credit-improvement and business-funding - same calculator, same free membership, tuned to how each visitor actually arrives.
Anyone can see the calculator. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where a lead-generation platform built from zero either gets built right the first time, or doesn’t get built at all.
What most new platforms start with - nothing
What we give every client
Building a platform like this means the layer underneath either gets built right the first time,
or it never gets built at all.
Every figure above was measured against the live build’s own source, running locally, on September 9, 2026. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on. The preview domain this case study links to is intentionally marked noindex - its own canonical destination is the client’s creditforward.org domain.
So the calculator, the portal and the community were all built for the phone first. Tested at eight screen widths from 320px to 1920px with zero horizontal scroll at any of them. The screen below is a real capture of the live homepage, scrolling at phone size.

On the live site, the calculator is the first thing on the homepage - no scrolling past a hero image to find it, and no separate app required to run the numbers.

No existing site required. Tell us what you offer and who you serve - that’s the whole assignment.
The calculator, the membership system, the back office and the database - built around what you actually do.
You see everything at a private link before anything goes live to the public.
Not the site’s own 43-question FAQ - the questions people actually ask about what was built.
No, there was no existing site. This case study documents what Launch Automation built from zero: a free auto loan calculator, an 18-course membership portal, and a full owner’s back office, all live at once.
A visitor picks their situation, declined for a vehicle loan or approved but the payment is too high, gives an estimated credit range in one of four bands and a vehicle price from $8,000 to $60,000. The result shows the estimated monthly payment, the loan amount, the estimated APR tier, and how much more that tier costs in interest than a borrower with a 720+ score on the same vehicle.
18 courses, covering personal credit repair (reading a credit report, dispute letters, building credit from zero, authorized-user tradelines and more) and business credit and funding (separating business from personal credit, the vendor tradeline ladder, SBA and bank term loans, alternative funding). Each course ends in a quiz and a certificate.
Yes, a moderated discussion board with search, New and Top sorting, likes on posts and replies, and a pinned announcement slot. It ships with 20 demo members so it never looks empty on day one; a single button in the back office clears them before real members join.
A scheduled video session that plays inside the membership itself, no separate app or sign-in. The owner sets a title, date, time and length from the back office, the room opens automatically ten minutes before the start time, and stays open until 30 minutes past the scheduled end.
19 interactive calculators covering credit, the loan itself, and business funding readiness. Answers save to the member’s account so the numbers are still there on the next visit.
19 badges and 5 membership levels, Starter, Rebuilder, Approved, Funded, Founder, driven by points for using the tools, finishing courses and participating in the community, with a leaderboard that excludes staff.
Nine tabs in one login: Overview, Members, Calls, Community moderation, Courses and badges, Chat leads, Broadcast messaging, Meeting room and Settings. It works as a real CRM, not a contact-form inbox.
Yes, a Cloudflare D1 database sits behind the calculator, the membership portal, the community, and the back office, so nothing is tracked twice and nothing is lost between a visitor’s first calculation and the first conversation with them.
Directly against the live build: Lighthouse (mobile) on the home, join and start pages, and an automated accessibility sweep with axe-core across every public and member page at eight screen widths from 320px to 1920px, on September 9, 2026.
Yes, 43 questions phrased the way someone actually types them into Google or asks an AI assistant, each marked up as FAQPage schema so search engines and AI assistants can quote the answer directly.
Yes, every membership and back-office screen shown on this page was captured from the platform’s own built-in illustrated walkthrough, the same screens the owner was handed to learn the system. Nothing was staged or fabricated for this case study.
No. It is an educational and lead-generation platform. The calculator gives an estimate, the courses and tools are educational, and the site’s own disclosures make clear it is not a lender, a credit repair organization, or a law firm.
A handful of things only the owner can provide: an admin login, contact details in Settings, the live creditforward.org domain pointed at the site, and optionally a GoHighLevel connection, an intro video, and a bio and photo. Everything else documented here is already built and live.
