Case Study · Website Transformation
Amanda Brewton's entire web presence was a single bio paragraph on her company's website - not a domain of her own. We gave her a real site of her own - built for the people she actually serves - live in 24 hours.
Before a pixel changed, we pulled a copy of her old bio page and looked, line by line. Six things stood between her and the people searching for her.
Her entire professional identity online was one bio paragraph on medicareanswersnow.com - her company’s site, not a domain she personally controls.
Only 1 of the 2 images on her old page carried alt text - the other was invisible to a search engine or a screen reader.
Her old page had no single H1 heading and no line of structured data - nothing told a search engine who Amanda Brewton even is.
The company site’s robots.txt explicitly disallowed GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Google’s AI crawler - so ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity are told not to read it at all.
No og:title, no og:image on her old page - texting or posting her link showed a blank, generic preview.
Medicare shoppers, agents she recruits, and agents she already trains all needed different content - and all shared the same single paragraph.
We saved a copy of her old bio page and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.
Every row above was checked on a saved copy of her old page, captured the same day, against a live sample of 41 pages on the new site. Where the old page already did something right - title, description, canonical - the table says so.
The left side is a same-day capture of her old bio page - medicareanswersnow.com blocks us from framing it live, so we’re showing you the real screenshot instead of pretending otherwise. The right side is the new site, live right now.
Her bio page, then and now. Below: every kind of page on the new site, before and after - tap any card.
Tap a page to open the full comparison. Only her About page had a real old equivalent - the other 13 are shown against the one page that existed, because that’s the honest comparison.
So the redesign was built for the phone first. The left screen is a same-day capture of her old bio page at iPhone size - notice the hero heading itself gets cut off. The right screen is the new site itself, loaded live at phone size.

On the new site, every action above is reachable in one or two taps from the homepage, on a screen where her old hero heading literally didn’t fit.
Anyone can make a page prettier. The layer underneath - the one Google, and now ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest and most consequential work.
What most agents have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just give her a nicer bio page.
We gave AI assistants something to actually read - and permission to read it.
One honest flag: every page on the new site currently points its og:image tag at a broken file path - a real bug on the live site we found but weren’t asked to fix. We used the site’s actual working headshot image for this case study’s own preview image instead of the broken one.
Here is what actually exists on the new site today.
Not a template with her name swapped in - a complete site built around three real audiences.
Plans, Medicare 101, Turning 65, Advantage, Supplement, Resources, FAQ, Reviews & Contact.
A 9-page Work With Us hub: carriers, products, contracting, growth support and her team.
CE course events, sales training for new and contracted agents, a video library and her blog - 9 pages.
A working storefront for branded apparel and gear - 42 product photos, all described.
Unique titles, descriptions, canonicals, a 73-URL sitemap and robots directives, every page.
robots.txt that welcomes GPTBot and ClaudeBot by name, plus a dedicated llms.txt file.
20 schema types written in the format Google and AI assistants actually parse.
Amanda isn’t just a Medicare agent - she’s an FMO founder recruiting agents, and an educator training the agents she already has. Instead of one page trying to speak to all three, the new site gives each one its own home. Tap any of them to compare that page.
Each card above is a real, live section of the new site - not a mockup - with its own content and its own path forward.
The interactive comparisons above cover 14 representative pages in depth. The new site has 73 live URLs in total. Below is the full directory, grouped the way the site itself is organized - every link goes straight to the live page.
All 73 URLs are listed in the live sitemap.xml. Her old presence, by contrast, was 1 bio page on her company’s site - which is why the interactive sliders above compare all 14 sample pages against that same single page.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked, and already serving visitors at amanda-brewton.pages.dev.
