Case Study · Website Transformation
Texas Nova Cleaning already had a solid website. We kept what worked and rebuilt the rest - starting with the one thing every visitor actually wanted: a real price, without picking up the phone.
Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page. This wasn’t a broken website - it was a decent one missing the things that turn a visit into a booked job.
Every service page said what Texas Nova does. None of them said what it costs. Getting a number meant calling or texting and waiting.
Every page was text and photos. Nothing showed the work in motion, on a site that’s literally about making homes look better.
The homepage alone was 368 KB of code before a visitor saw anything - most other pages were even heavier.
A comment left in the old site’s script says it outright: the quote estimator shows “9 AM” as the opening time while every other page and Google say “8 AM” - patched at runtime with a find-and-replace script instead of fixing the source.
Texas Nova comes to the customer. The old site still published one fixed office address as if people could walk in.
No llms.txt file, and no live way for an AI shopping assistant to get an actual price - only a phone number.
We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.
Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - real reviews, working meta tags, a Rank Math sitemap - the table says so.
The left side is Texas Nova Cleaning’s old website. The right side is the redesign, playing its video right now. These are the real sites, not screenshots - judge the transformation yourself.
The homepage. Every page below got the same treatment - tap any page to compare it full screen.
Tap a page to open the full-screen comparison - live sites, video playing, drag to reveal.
On the old site, every service page ended the same way: call or text for a price. The new site answers that question itself. Drag the example below, then see exactly how it works.
Standard, deep, heavy duty, move-in, move-out, recurring or Airbnb turnover.
Bedroom and bathroom steppers, plus how the home looks today - good shape, average, or it’s been a while.
Oven, fridge, interior windows, blinds, cabinets, laundry, garage or pets - each priced as an add-on.
A price range appears instantly. No deposit, no card required - Texas Nova texts back to confirm the exact number in 5 to 15 minutes.
One honest note: the numbers you’ll see if you try the estimator are Launch Automation’s Houston-market starting calibration. Chris is finalizing his own exact rates before this goes live to customers. The system itself - the steps, the logic, the instant range, the text-back promise - is real and working today.

These are real photos from the old site - Texas Nova’s own completed jobs, not stock images. The new site’s own Gallery page ships empty on purpose, with a stated no-stock-photos policy, until enough customer-approved job photos are ready to fill it. Until then, these are the real ones we have.
Both screens below are same-day captures of the real sites' own code, loaded at phone size - not video clips or static screenshots. Scroll either one with your finger, exactly like a visitor would.
On the new site, every action above is one tap from any page - the estimator, a phone call, a text, or finding your neighborhood in the service-area list.
Anyone can make a website prettier. The layer underneath - the one Google, Siri and ChatGPT actually read - is where this redesign does its quietest work.
What most businesses have and never know it
What we give every client
We didn’t just redesign what people see.
We rebuilt what people can actually do on the page.
Every figure above was counted on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. We don’t promise rankings - nobody honestly can. We build sites that search engines and AI assistants can actually read, which is what rankings are built on.
Here is what was actually delivered inside the 24 hours.
Every service, every one of the 44 service areas, and every core page - not a template with new colors.
A 4-step estimator with condition, add-ons and automatic discount logic, calculating a live price range.
Built for the phone first, where most first impressions actually happen.
Real motion instead of a static hero image, site-wide.
A dedicated page per neighborhood, plus one page searchable by name or ZIP.
Titles, descriptions, canonicals, sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt on every page.
HomeAndConstructionBusiness, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList schema, sitewide.
Checked against WCAG 2.1 AA, zero horizontal overflow from 320px to 1920px.
Instead of one generic services page, the new site gives each service its own place to sell itself - and its own instant price. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.
Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own path to an instant price.
No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and live today.
