Bundrop (Bundle Bus) Case Study · Website Transformation

From a bolted-on bundle app to one clean storefront.

A complete redesign for Bundrop (Bundle Bus) - a 250-product menswear catalog across 49 collections. The real catalog, the real bundle deals and the real custom programs all carried over. What changed is how they’re presented.

Original bundrop.com homepage

The homepage. Before: an archived screenshot of bundrop.com (it blocks live framing). After: the live redesign, auto-scrolling - tap any page below to compare it full screen.

The Challenge

Bundrop had a real catalog.
The site around it wasn’t keeping up.

Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site page by page - the same site any customer sees today at bundrop.com. Here is what we found.

Bundle deals lived in a separate app

The site’s own tagline is “the more your Bundle, the more the price Drops” - but the 5 real bundle offers were built on a third-party app with its own green theme and URL scheme, not the storefront’s own design.

Mobile checkout friction

On the bundle-builder flow, a chat widget sat directly on top of the “Next” button at phone width - a real obstacle between a shopper and checkout.

A stale seasonal banner

A holiday-themed banner was still live on the bundle-builder page in September - a small thing, but the kind of detail that tells a returning shopper the site isn’t tended to.

Real programs, told in paragraphs

The Custom Suit Club, the mobile fitting bundle, and the custom suit/shoe programs are genuinely good offers - $147/year for 50% off custom pieces, a $75 mobile fitting bundle - but each was buried in blocks of text instead of scannable copy.

Thin homepage metadata

The homepage’s page title was just “Bundle Bus” - no meta description, and only one bare Organization schema block for search engines to read.

A heavy homepage

The homepage shipped roughly 506 KB of HTML for a single screen - most of it the third-party bundle widget’s own scripts and markup.

The Audit

Before we touched a pixel, we measured.

We pulled live copies of both sites the same day and checked them directly - no invented numbers, no rankings promised. Here is the honest scorecard.

Every row above was checked on live copies of both sites, pulled the same day - bundrop.com and the redesign preview. Where the old site already did something right, like the language selector, the table says so. We don’t promise rankings; nobody honestly can.

Ten pages, before and after.

Bundrop is a 250-product catalog - hundreds of pages in all. We compared the ten that matter most: the homepage, the four core buying paths, and the checkout flow. Tap any page to open the full-screen comparison.

Mobile First

For most shoppers, the first look
happens on a phone.

Both screens below are same-day captures at iPhone width - the old homepage on the left, the redesign on the right. Single-viewport captures, not scroll-animated, so what you see is exactly what a shopper sees on load.

On the old bundle-builder flow specifically, a chat bubble sat on top of the checkout button at this exact width - the kind of thing that only shows up when you actually check the phone screen.

The Scope

This wasn’t a new coat of paint.

Here is what was actually rebuilt, and what was deliberately kept.

Complete redesign

All 10 compared pages rebuilt around Bundrop’s own blue-and-green identity, not a generic ecommerce theme.

Bundle builder rebuilt

The 5 real bundle offers, moved off a third-party app and onto one clean, numbered on-brand page.

Custom programs restyled

The Custom Suit Club, mobile fittings, custom suits and custom shoes each given their own clear, scannable page.

Full catalog carried over

All 250 products across 49 collections, carried over completely - nothing cut to make the new site lighter.

Mobile-first checkout path

Cart, contact and the bundle flow rebuilt for the phone screen - no widgets overlapping buttons.

Technical SEO foundation

A real page title, a meta description, and WebSite structured data added alongside the existing Organization block.

Lighter pages

The homepage alone dropped from roughly 506 KB to about 19 KB - around 26× lighter.

Three-language pattern kept

The site’s existing English / Spanish / French selector was carried over, not dropped for the redesign.

Built for the Actual Business

One storefront. Five ways to buy.

Bundrop isn’t just a product catalog - it’s five real ways a customer buys. Each one got its own clear page. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.

Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own path to buy.

Ready for launch.

No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.
