Gemini Ventures Corp Case Study · Website Transformation

From one page to two clear paths.

A complete digital transformation for Gemini Ventures Corp. We took the firm’s single-page website and rebuilt it as a structured, six-page site built to speak to two different people at once - the homeowner who wants a cash offer, and the investor who wants a return.

The Challenge

Gemini Ventures Corp does real deals.
Its website read like a placeholder.

Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site section by section. Six things stood between the firm and the two very different people who land on it.

Dated visual experience

A stock photo and a generic template look - nothing on the page signaled a firm that handles real capital and real closings.

Weak mobile experience

The navigation doesn’t collapse on a phone - all five links print in full and push the headline below the fold.

One page, two audiences

Sellers looking for a cash offer and investors looking for a return got the identical generic paragraph - neither had a page written for them.

No real page structure

Zero H1 headings anywhere on the site - just body text and section labels, with nothing marked as the page’s main point.

Search visibility gaps

The hidden layer search engines read carried no business data at all - no schema, no meta description, no working sitemap.

Not built for AI search

No FAQ section anywhere on the page, so an assistant asked about buying, selling or investing had nothing to quote.

The Audit

Before we touched a pixel, we measured.

We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.

Area

Rebuilt site
Tells Google it’s a real business
No business type declared - zero schema of any kind
Organization, WebSite, Service & FAQPage data
Sellers and investors, separately
One shared paragraph for both audiences
Two dedicated pages, each with its own FAQ

No FAQ section anywhere on the site
15 structured questions and answers

Reads the raw domain name, not a real title
Unique, descriptive title on every page
Meta description
None present
Present and unique on all 6 pages
Link preview tags (Open Graph)
None - shared links preview with no title or image
12 tags per page
Primary heading (H1)
Zero H1 tags anywhere on the page
Exactly one H1, every page
Sitemap & robots.txt
Sitemap forbidden (403), robots.txt missing (404)
Both live - sitemap lists all 6 pages
Contact form
Still titled “Contact Form Demo” - never renamed
Working, branded form on its own page
Homepage code weight
397 KB of HTML
39.5 KB - about 10× lighter
Canonical URL
Present - credit where due
Present on every page

Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right - it declared a canonical URL, and 84 of its 90 images (93%) already carried real alt text - the table and this note say so.

Mobile First

For most visitors, the first look
happens on a phone.

So the redesign was built for the phone first. Both screens below are the real sites, loaded live at phone width - drag or scroll each to compare.

On the old site, the mobile menu never collapses - all five nav links print in full and push the headline below the fold. On the new site, the menu collapses into one button and both calls to action are visible immediately.

The Scope

This wasn’t a new coat of paint.

Here is what was actually delivered inside the 24 hours.

Complete redesign

All 6 pages designed around the Gemini Ventures brand - not a template with new colors.

Dedicated seller & investor paths

Two purpose-built pages, each with its own message, its own FAQ and one clear next step.

Custom mobile experience

A menu that actually collapses, and both calls to action visible without scrolling.

Conversion architecture

Call, cash offer, and invest - positioned as an obvious next step on every page.

Technical SEO foundation

Titles, descriptions, canonicals, sitemap and robots directives on every page.

Local business structure

Business type, phone, hours and service area written in the format Google reads.

AI-readable answers

A 15-question FAQ across three pages, structured so assistants can quote it.

A working contact system

A real, branded contact form - replacing a form that was still labeled “Demo.”

Built for the Actual Business

One firm. Two kinds of deal.

Instead of treating Gemini Ventures like one generic real estate business, the new site gives each side of the business its own place to make its case. Tap any of them to compare that page, before and after.

Each card above is a real page on the new site, with its own content and its own next step.

Launch Readiness

Ready for launch.

No made-up traffic charts. Just what is finished, checked and waiting for the go-ahead.

Complete responsive redesign - all 6 pages, desktop and mobile
Two dedicated conversion paths - Sell and Invest, each with its own FAQ
Contact wired - a working form, plus one-tap call
Process page built - the four-step method explained plainly
About page built - the firm’s 20+ years, told on its own page

The Math

What would a project like this
normally require?

Published industry pricing puts a professional starter real estate business website at $2,000 to $5,000, on a timeline of 2 to 4 weeks, plus $100 to $200 a month in ongoing maintenance.

And that’s for one page written for one audience - Gemini Ventures needed two.

This build fit our standard scope, so there’s no build fee - just the monthly plan. Pricing scales with a project’s complexity; a larger or more video-heavy rebuild carries a higher build fee.
