Launch is powerful, flexible, and highly customizable. During onboarding, we handle most setup and configuration for you. After onboarding, ongoing development and “show me how” sessions are not included. We offer one-hour live zoom training and development sessions for $100 per hour.

Do you really need to pay for a live zoom call?

In short, no. You'll be surprised at how many resources are available online that show you how to accomplish any build yourself. The service shown on this page is for clients who want hands-on, real-time help building, customizing, or learning with a expert on a live Zoom call. This is not ticket-based support. It’s focused, live, one-on-one work.

This may be a good fit if you want to:

Build or modify workflows and automations
Create or improve funnels and websites
Set up forms, surveys, memberships, or pipelines
Train or refine AI bots and assistants
Learn how your system works while it’s being built
Make quick improvements with expert guidance
Be actively involved during the build process

This is ideal for small to medium projects where you want speed, clarity, and collaboration.

When is it NOT an Option?

Sometimes it just doesnt make sense.

Paid Training & Support is NOT the right option if:

The project requires extensive planning or architecture
Multiple systems or deep integrations are involved
The scope exceeds what can reasonably be handled live
You want work completed entirely without your involvement
The project spans multiple weeks or phases

For larger, complex builds, we recommend Custom Development, where work is scoped, quoted, and delivered asynchronously.

How the Process Works

You submit a Paid Training & Support request
We review your goals and setup before the session
A live Zoom session is scheduled (subject to availability)
An expert works with you for a full hour, live
You watch, ask questions, and participate in real time
We build, fix, optimize, or train during the session

If additional work remains, you can book additional sessions as needed.

Important Expectations

Sessions are one hour of focused live time
Zoom availability is limited and scheduled in advance
Preparation before the call is required for best results
Not all requests can be completed in a single session
Paid Training is not ongoing support or unlimited help
Larger projects may be redirected to Custom Development

$100 for a 60-minute live Zoom session

Each session gives you one full hour of dedicated, hands-on time with a Launch expert working directly inside your account. We build with you live, answer questions in real time, and focus on getting as much done as possible during the session.

During your first two weeks of enrollment, Launch includes onboarding and setup. We do everything we can to set you up for success, eliminate software costs (trim the fat) and settle you in.

After Onboarding is Complete:

We provide tons of self help resources
We will quote you a price on custom development
We do not provide free ongoing development
We do not offer unlimited “how do I do this?” calls
We do not build new websites, funnels or automations for free
We do not coach, train or mentor you
