CUSTOMIZATION LEVEL

With the Essentials plan, we invest significant time upfront to get your account set up correctly, typically about 8 hours of hands-on human setup to make everything flow properly. You’ll have access to all features from day one. During onboarding, we gather key details from you and use that information to connect your domain, configure your core insurance workflows, pipelines, calendars, automations, and messaging so your system is fully functional, A2P is approved and website and funnels are live within 7–10 days.

After the initial setup period, you’ll manage ongoing updates using our training resources and support tools. If you want continued hands-on customization, advanced workflows, or deeper system expansion, those options are available through upgrades or higher-tier plans.

IMPORTANT

USAGE, CARRIERS & ADD ONS

Some features in Launch are usage-based. Messaging, phone calls, AI tools, and data usage are billed based on how much you actually use them. Optional add-ons may also carry additional costs if you choose to enable them. Most users spend very little unless they’re operating at higher volume, and all usage and charges are fully visible inside your account.

UPGRADE / DOWNGRADE

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Your data, contacts, workflows, and automations are always preserved. The only time anything changes is if you move to a plan that doesn’t support a specific feature, in which case that feature will simply pause until it’s available again.
