With the A La Carte plan, even though you’re selecting a single component or automation, we still invest meaningful time upfront to make sure it’s set up correctly, typically about 5 hours of hands-on setup. During onboarding, we gather the information needed to configure the selected feature, connect it to the CRM, apply the proper automation logic, and ensure it works seamlessly within the Launch platform. Depending on your choice, this may also include connecting your domain, integrations, calendar, automations, or a wide range of other tasks. Whatever you choose, we will ensure you are happy with it.
After the initial setup is complete, ongoing changes and expansion are managed by you using our training resources and support tools. If you decide to add more features, automations, or move into a higher plan later, everything you’ve built carries forward without needing to start over.

USAGE, CARRIER FEES & ADD ONS
Some features in Launch are usage-based. Messaging, phone calls, AI tools, and data usage are billed based on how much you actually use them. Optional add-ons may also carry additional costs if you choose to enable them. Most users spend very little unless they’re operating at higher volume, and all usage and charges are fully visible inside your account.
