Optional monthly upgrades that extend the platform. Never required, never auto-added.

Your monthly Launch platform subscription gives you the full platform infrastructure. Flat monthly cost based on the plan you choose - Essentials, AI Workforce, Elite, or "A La Carte" - and every plan includes everything on this list at the platform level even if you upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades unlock more features, but the foundation never disappears.

When you send messages, make phone calls, deliver email, or use AI, Launch relies on third-party providers - mobile carriers, email networks, AI processors, WhatsApp - who charge per use. Those charges are passed through at cost. They're unavoidable on any platform that offers real messaging, calling, or AI functionality.
A2P 10DLC Registration · Required For U.S. Messaging
Mobile carriers now require every business that sends texts or automated messages to complete A2P registration (Application-to-Person). This verifies your business, your messaging purpose, and your consent practices. It protects consumers from spam and ensures legitimate businesses get reliable message delivery. This requirement comes from the carriers, not from Launch.
Carrier Registration Fees · One-Time
Carriers charge mandatory registration fees to review and approve your messaging setup. These fees are billed automatically by the carriers and are not controlled or marked up by Launch.
Once approved, most businesses never deal with this again.
Phone Numbers
A local U.S. business phone number is required for calling and texting. Local numbers are $1.25/month. Toll-free numbers are $2.15/month. You can add unlimited phone numbers if you need them.
