This page will help you understand all costs associated with your launch platform..Launch was built to replace an entire stack of software while remaining fair, scalable, and transparent as your business grows. To understand pricing clearly, there are three categories:

1. Your Base Subscription (Monthly)

1. Your Base Subscription

Licensing of the Launch Platform Itself

Your monthly Launch platform subscription gives you access to the full platform infrastructure, including:

CRM and contact management
Unified inbox for text, email, calls, and messaging
Automation engine and workflows
Calendars and scheduling
Build and host unlimited websites, funnels, forms, and pipelines
Unlimited users, leads, opportunities and contacts
Reporting, permissions, and mobile app access
Over 1000+ features

This is a flat monthly cost based on the plan you choose (such as Essentials, AI Workforce, Elite or "A La Cart" Plan). All plans include everything on this list within the platform itself even if you upgrade or downgrade your plan. There are however an incredible amount of additional features that become accessible when you upgrade. Our goal is to eliminate all of your outside subscriptions, consolidate all your tools and unify your systems and communication to save you 60% or more on software costs.

2. Usage Based Costs (Carrier Fees)

Think of This Like Fuel for a Vehicle

Think of Launch AIO like a high-performance vehicle. Your subscription gives you the vehicle itself. Usage costs are the fuel. You only pay for fuel when you actually use it.

Why Usage Costs Exist

When you send messages, make phone calls, deliver emails, or use AI features, Launch AIO relies on third-party providers such as:

Mobile carriers (for SMS and calls)
Email delivery networks
AI processing providers
Messaging platforms like WhatsApp

These providers charge per use. Those charges are passed through at cost and are unavoidable on any platform that offers real messaging, calling, or AI functionality.

Most businesses spend very little on usage costs. Unless you’re running very high volumes of texts, calls, emails, or AI interactions, usage typically amounts to only a few dollars per month.

Common Mandatory Usage Items

Some usage-related items are required for functionality. Most businesses spend very little on usage costs. Unless you’re running very high volumes of texts, calls, emails, or AI interactions, usage typically amounts to only a few dollars per month.

A2P 10DLC Registration (Required for U.S. Messaging)

Mobile carriers now require all businesses that send texts or automated messages to complete A2P registration (Application-to-Person). This verifies your business, your messaging purpose, and your consent practices. This protects consumers from spam and ensures legitimate businesses get reliable message delivery. This requirement comes from carriers, not Launch.

Carrier Registration Fees (One-Time)

Carriers charge mandatory registration fees to review and approve your messaging setup. These fees are billed automatically by the carriers and are not controlled or marked up by Launch.

Low-volume messaging: $23.50 (one-time)
High-volume messaging: $68.50 (one-time)
Optional fast-track review: $3.00 (one-time)

Once approved, most businesses never deal with this again.

Important Compliance Note

Launch is built for permission-based communication only.

If you plan to send cold texts, make unsolicited calls, or message people who did not opt in, Launch is not the right platform. Carriers strictly enforce these rules and do not tolerate spam or unsolicited outreach. Using messaging the right way protects your deliverability, your reputation, and your account long-term.

Phone Numbers

A local business phone number is required for calling and texting. This only costs $1.25 per month and toll free numbers are only $2.15 per month. You can as unlimited phone numbers if you wish.
