Sketchie Entertainment Group Case Study · Website Transformation

From one page to a real events calendar.

A complete digital transformation for Sketchie Entertainment Group. We took the site Nae Sketchie already had and rebuilt the entire experience from the ground up - without changing who Sketchie is or what nights they run.

The Challenge

Sketchie runs incredible nights.
Its website wasn’t showing it.

Before a pixel changed, we went through the old site top to bottom. Six things stood between Sketchie and the guests looking for their next night out.

Dated visual experience

A black background and a stacked text menu didn’t reflect the energy of the actual nights Sketchie throws across three cities.

Weak mobile experience

On a phone, the site opened to a full screen of stacked navigation links before any content appeared.

One booking path for every night

Dinner, bottle service, a birthday and a corporate buyout all went through the same generic “choose an option” form.

Underutilized event content

None of Sketchie’s actual flyers, videos or past nights appeared on the site itself - only a generic RSVP box.

Search visibility gaps

The hidden layer search engines read never named the founder, the venues or the cities Sketchie actually serves.

No AI-search strategy

Nothing on the page helped an AI assistant understand who runs Sketchie, what nights exist, or where to book.

The Audit

Before we touched a pixel, we measured.

We saved a copy of the old site and audited it - and we’ll tell you what it did right, too. Here is the honest scorecard, old versus new.

Every row above was checked on saved copies of both sites, captured the same day. Where the old site already did something right, the table says so.

Drag the divider. Both sides are live.

The left side is Sketchie’s old website. The right side is the redesign, playing its video right now. These are the real sites, not screenshots - judge the transformation yourself.

Flyers → Video

The flyers were static. The new site isn’t.

The old site had no per-event visuals at all - one generic RSVP form covered every night. The new site turns every flyer into motion, 38 video files across 14 real events in New York, Miami and Atlantic City. Drag the example, then tap any flyer to see it move.

Mobile First

Most nightlife traffic doesn’t start
on a desktop.

So the redesign was built for the phone first. Both screens below are the real sites, live, loaded at phone width right now - not screenshots.

The Scope

This wasn’t a new coat of paint.

Here is what was actually delivered inside the 24 hours.

Complete redesign

The whole site rebuilt around Sketchie’s own brand - not a template with new colors.

Custom mobile experience

Layouts tuned separately for small screens, where most nightlife traffic starts.

Booking architecture

Dinner/brunch via Resy, lounge tables, birthdays and corporate - four real paths from one form.

Custom visual assets

Sketchie’s own event flyers, enhanced and built into the page.

Cinematic video

38 motion files created from flyers and event photography - no film crew, no shoot day.

Technical SEO foundation

Title, description, headings, canonical, sitemap and robots directives, done right.

Multi-city structure

New York, Miami and Atlantic City written into the page in the format Google reads.

AI-readable business identity

Founder, contact points and social profiles structured so assistants can find them.

Built for the Actual Business

One brand. Every room they own.

Sketchie doesn’t run one venue - they run nights across a whole city, and beyond it. The new site catalogs the real rooms Sketchie has thrown parties in, pulled straight from the 14 live events on the page.

The Math

What would a project like this
normally require?

Published industry figures put a small-business website of this scope at $2,000–$8,000, delivered in 2–4 weeks - and that’s before video, hosting and every future edit are billed on top.
