Onboarding Call

You'll receive an invite to a live zoom about a week after your start date. We’ll meet with you again at the 60 day mark to review progress, show improvements, and set new goals.

ONGOING SUPPORT

After your first 60 days, you should be all set and we do not have scheduled meetings. However, we’re always available when you need help, and you can request a progress report at any time. This report highlights how Launch AIO has improved your leads, sales, online visibility, and overall performance - helping you see the measurable impact of your system over time.

Each new setup requires 25–30 hours of focused work during your first 90 days - a level of hands-on support most software companies never provide. We do this because it works. We ask that you respect our time and process. We’re not a large call center; we’re a small, highly skilled team that values craftsmanship over quantity. Our mission is to deliver a premium experience that creates real results, not just provide another tool.

You’ll never be nickeled-and-dimed for every small request. We’re fair, transparent, and committed to giving you the most value possible while protecting the time we need to serve all clients effectively.

Billing & Account Charges

Monthly Subscription

At Launch, we believe billing should always be simple, consistent, and transparent. Your monthly Launch AIO subscription is billed automatically on the same day each month. The amount will always remain the same unless you decide to upgrade or add new features. There are no surprise increases and no hidden fees - your plan covers everything included in your original package. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and receipts are emailed automatically after each charge.

Usage-Based Charges (Calls, Texts & Numbers)

Launch AIO includes built-in communication tools such as SMS, MMS, voice calls, voicemail drops, and phone tracking. These services rely on phone carriers (Twilio & LC Messaging), which bill usage at small, per-use rates.

About $1–$2/month per local or toll-free number.

Text Messages (SMS)

About $0.007–$0.01 per message sent or received.

Multimedia Messages (MMS)

About $0.02–$0.03 per image or video message.

Voice Calls

Average $0.013–$0.02 per minute, both inbound and outbound.

These small costs accumulate automatically as your business communicates with leads and clients. To avoid interruptions, Launch AIO uses an auto-rebill system that adds credits whenever your messaging balance drops below a threshold (usually $10–$20).

Example:

If your balance drops below $10, the system will automatically add $20 in credits to keep your phone, text, and automation features running without interruption.

You can monitor usage, credit balance, and rebill history anytime from your Billing & Payments tab inside Launch AIO.

Optional Add-Ons & Upgrades

Some advanced tools and integrations are optional enhancements that can be added to your account at your request. These are never included automatically - you’ll always be notified before any upgrade is activated.

AI Assistant & Advanced Chatbot Training

Uses OpenAI and automation credits for natural, human-like conversations.

AI-Powered Content Creation Tools

For generating social media captions, emails, and blog content.

Additional Storage or Sub-Accounts

For larger teams or multi-location businesses.

Premium Add-Ons

Such as advanced reporting dashboards, workflow extensions, or specialty apps.

Website or Funnel Builds

Anything you can dream up, we can create.

Each add-on is billed separately at cost, either as a one-time setup fee or a small monthly charge, depending on the feature.
